Garrett flew to Salt Lake and was picked up by his Seymore and Browning Grandparents...then they took him to the MTC. Garrett is awesome and he has loads of friends to prove it!

Cambria Comes Back to AZ

So, Cam came back from Utah and in the few weeks she had been finishing up there she had been doing much contemplating and came to the decision that Jason was not meant to be part of her future. It was a hard decision, but she feels at peace with it. We will always have good memories of the time he spent with us.

I am very proud of her for listening to the Spirit especially when inspiration came as a stuper of thought rather than a yes or no. I am also grateful for the friendship she developed with Chelsie while she was in Utah. Chelsie and her family were so good to her while she was there. Thanx Chels and Fam!!

Okay, so after Rothlisberger Reunion, (Memorial Day weekend) we got home and I couldn't find my favorite Wranglers. I thought maybe they got thrown away with the garbage when we were leaving camp...I drove everyone crazy looking for them in the trailer, house, truck, dirty clothes, clean clothes, calling people etc. After hours and hours of searching...finally I gave up. BUT, I kept wondering where they could have gone.

Needless to say 2 1/2 months later...

when we were packing for the ward camp out we popped up the trailer and there they were...in the bag on the counter squished between the beds...YEAH YEAH YEAH man was I ever doing the HAPPY (pants)DANCE!!(actually I still am) The only bad thing was...they were tighter than I remembered them being!! OOPS!

I had a surprise going away party for the Pearsons and we spazzed out and didn't take pictures of the people who came so...the only reminder left over the next morning was this sign...and Kayla wanted a picture of it!!!

They are moving to Utah on the 9th of August.

This is what it looks like when your husband is already in Utah and you have been packing for months

while trying to fight cancer with radiation treatments.

TODAY WAS THE SADDEST DAY SINCE SUMMER BEGAN

....I WENT BACK TO WORK

SO HERE'S MY BACK TO SCHOOL/WORK PIX...

I JUST KNEW YOU ALL WOULD WANT TO SEE ME...

I CHANGED SO MUCH OVER THE SUMMER!

So, I got a phone call Tuesday (7/28) from my Principal (Tammy). She just wanted me to know that the computers from my computer lab were removed to make room for another 5th grade classroom...

Needless to say I wasn't happy. I will be "visiting" the classrooms to present my "Orchard" program that is a program that should individually based with each student having their own computer.

It is going to be interesting to say the least, but Tammy promised me lots of help!?!

Any ideas for K-6th grade lessons that would last 20-50 minutes please send them my way.
